toolholders for lathes.
With
this new range of toolholders, the whole
operation is not only fast, the pushing force
used is also drastically reduced.
The
reduction is due to the fact that the broaching
is in a 1º inclined position. This position
helps to reduce the pushing force up to 80%.
The
machine pushing force is concentrated on a small
part of the profile. The component then drives
the broaching tool in either right- or left-hand
rotation. The profile will be broached in a few
seconds.
Broaching
profiles can be hexagonal, square, teeth or in
other special forms. They can also be made
internally or externally.
Compact,
precise and robust. Available in three sizes and
various shank. Cylindrical attachments and VDI
3425-2/DIN 69880- driven holders are available
too. Flange and other custom-made designs are
also possible.
